I’m a 38-year-old mom, recipe creator, and lifelong food lover based in Austin, Texas. I started Easy Protein Kitchen to help busy people—just like you—make simple, high-protein meals that taste like comfort food without the guilt.

After over a decade of experimenting in my home kitchen and exploring how food can nourish both body and soul, I realized that one thing always made people smile: really good chicken. Whether it’s crispy wings, juicy tenders, or cozy chicken soups, my mission is to make your next meal delicious, protein-packed, and 100% doable.
A little bit about me:
I’ve spent years perfecting everyday meals that are both wholesome and full of flavor. I believe in cooking with love, keeping things simple, and always making room for seconds! My kitchen is where creativity, comfort, and a little bit of fun all come together—usually with a big bowl of something crispy and golden on the table.
This blog is where I combine everything I love: chicken dinners, healthy twists on family classics, and foolproof recipes that anyone can cook. I live in Austin with my husband, our two energetic kids, and our sweet golden retriever, Milo.

When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me hunting for the best coffee in town or planning our next backyard BBQ. And yes, I do eat everything I share here—usually with extra hot sauce.
